We’re home. Rolled in about midnight… I’m still tired but was wide AWAKE at 5:30am anyway.
My dogs are happy to see us. And me them. I missed their furry faces.
My house/dogsitter didn’t water a single flower pot outside so in the scorching weather we missed last week, all of our flowers are dead. [...]
I am the average 40-something woman, trying to juggle life as a wife and mother, working outside the home, and trying to keep it all in balance. It's not easy - some days are better than others. But, that's what it's all about right? I have a really AWFUL short-term memory so my family and friends lovingly call me "Dory", whom you might remember as that cute but forgetful little blue fish in "Finding Nemo".
