A cautionary tale

I was putting on a new type of lipstick the other day when I noticed this tag on it, that said, *Peel for caution*.
And of course, I did. 
Temporary tingling sensation??
I used it and it truly does make a *tingling* sensation. My lips felt like they had a vibrator attached to them. Rather bizarre feeling, let me tell you!
