I worked at a family practice office and encouraged handwashing at every visit! Almost every child knows how to sing "happy birthday" to themselves so it seems to work. When I educated adults/parents it was like a light bulb went off! As for the whited out word-I don't think I want to know either....:) P.S. I'm allergic to most of the hand soaps in them, so I always carry purell in my purse but I wait till I leave so I don't have to touch the door and get germy hands on the way out.
