First off, let me say – you’ll see the themes continue to change until I figure out how to get MY customized clickable header on the top of this page AND I’m satisfied with the color scheme. So, hang on for MORE changes!

I thought I would start a weekly “hodge-podge” of things that I want to blog about but they are not quite worthy of a whole blog all to themselves. I saw someone do this and thought, “Oh, what a good idea!” So…. here goes!

1. Passing a local church this week, their marquee out front says:

“TO PREVENT TRUTH DECAY, BRUSH UP ON YOUR BIBLE” Now, if you know me, you’ll know WHY this cracked me UP!

2. What do you say when your boss looks at you, in all seriousness, and says “You look pregnant,” *long pause here* “with thought!” Sheesh. GULP. Give a girl a complex.

3 . This week was the first week of the year that I didn’t have to drag out the heavy jacket at all! Yippee-kai-Yeah!!!

4. Regardless of how many hundreds thousands of times you have plopped down in your chair at work – if it HAS wheels, do NOT trust it to sit still. Especially when you have a patient in the room with you. I’m just saying….

5. A very sweet and precious person in my life was wanting to do something totally selfless for the good of another. It didn’t work out that way after all – but I stand in awe of the courage it took to even offer. You are my hero.
