Hit the road running…

It’s 4:30am and everyone in the house is sleeping…. but me.
If you think about what today is…. Black Friday…. that would explain it. I’m up, I’m showered, I’m dressed and I’m waiting on my coffee to finish perking so I can fill a cup and hit the road! I’m meeting my sisters in just a few minutes… while my darling hubby continues to snore the wee hours of the morning away.
I LOVE the fun and excitement of this morning! I know, I know, ya’ll think I’m crazy!
So what else is new? lol
I sure hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving and that you took a moment to count your blessings. I know I did. Thanksgiving turned out to be a fabulous day – filled with all the stuff that makes family gatherings something special. Other than the tears I shed when I sat at my Dad’s desk to use his computer; seeing his handwriting on post-its around the work area… and seeing his IM log in information automatically pop up when I turned it on – the day was surprisingly wonderful. One of my sisters was unable to make the eight hour drive home but everyone else was there. We had a good day! 
I am very thankful for that.
