Over the month of August, I’ve shown you basically everything we did in the kitchen by now, ranging from the cabinets to the chairs to the light fixtures. I would never ever have completed as much as I did without the help of my bff Shannon and my sister Lena.

So let me take a moment to publically declare them both to be the BEST helpers ever and I pledge my undying love and devotion to you both! And if either of you ever take your kitchen cabinet doors off and leave them off for five years, I promise to come help you too!

I forgot to show you the updated version of the butt-ugly ceiling fan that lived here before we did. I knew you couldn’t live another moment without seeing that so….

Of course, the photos were taken on different days, at different times of the day…. which is what makes the green color of the cabinets look so different. It is funny how much they change, depending on the natural light coming through the window and the french doors. But besides that, I think the ceiling fan looks a thousand times better!
