You might remember, last week we played a wee little game about some of our favorite non-cuss words, right? There was a BUNCH of them – 18 in total, sent in by 10 people. It might have been a bit of a daunting task to match up WHO says WHAT because not everyone has even tried to guess. I have guesses from 5 of the 10…. (and just between you and me, it was not pretty.)

So, I’m thinking about just moving on. I’ll match up the words with the people who love to use them for you this time. That’ll finish this game up and we’ll be ready to move on.

Next up:

As I was driving to take the girls to dance this afternoon, it hit me. I live in a lovely little town, full of several quaint sites that I enjoy seeing.

The gazebo on the  town square.

Some of the old plantation style homes, now sitting smack dab in the middle of town when they were probably built in the middle of no where a hundred years ago.

The small family cemeteries with only 5 or 6 headstones.

The kudzu vines taking over the trees.

So many unique things, right here under my nose.

With that in mind, let’s play – Name that Favorite Unique Site in your town.

It can be a place,

a statue,

or even

a greasy spot in the road,

or a neighbors pet elephant, for all I care.
