Little blast from the past

Junior – Senior Prom 1985
You can tell by the big hair that this is from the mid-80′s huh? I am not in this photograph because I graduated in 1984 but…. that cutie pie on the far right is none other than my darling husband, Mr. Lucky. Just in front of him, in the white dress trimmed in black is our friend Angie that died in a motorcycle accident 10 days ago.
The whole group decided to go together, instead of pairing up in “dates”. Years later, 5 of the people in this photograph were in our wedding.
One of the girls brought a copy of the photograph to the funeral….and then later emailed me a copy. I’m going to print it out and frame it. Dontcha love it??

We all knew each other at the same time….but Ang and I got really tight a few years after high school. The other girl in white is Patti, whom I was super close to later on also. I wrote about her too on the old blog.
