Love me some Singers

My sweet mother-in-law gave me two sets of Singer sewing machine legs many years ago. They’ve moved from house to house with us over the years, always planning to do something with them.
This summer….. they found a purpose.

I also had a childs’ table that had belonged to my niece, Lena’s daughter. It had been just wood when I got it years ago and I painted it black. The girls used it for years and years but finally, they both got to tall to fit on the little benches with their long legs under the table.

And like everything, the table and benches found their way into the garage. Patiently waiting for the day I could use them for something else.
Guess what? The day arrived!!!
Both the singer legs and the table top (removed from the kids’ sized legs) got a facelift and put together…. to make this:
Isn’t it fabulous?
I love love love it!
