Mistakes

Can you pinpoint a single moment in time where you made an awful mistake? I’ve made many mistakes in my life…. too many to name each.
Some of them, though, still haunt me.
I think I can honestly say that the mistakes I’ve made as a mother are the ones that I can’t forgive myself for sometimes. This time of year always reminds me of one in particular….. maybe I’ll unearth that memory this week and free myself from it once and for all. Is that possible?

annon 01 Dec 2009 at 10:08 am 4I’ve been feeling pretty mired in past mistakes lately; ones I feel there is no “fixing”… maybe it’s actually more regrets for the roads taken – or not taken – and no way now of going another direction….
I pray you can get yourself past those things that haunt you…
