Please tell me HOW did this get here?

Ringggggg…..

“Hello?” I say as I answer the phone.

“Hey honey* he says.

“Hi! What are you doing?” surprised to have my future hubby calling me in the middle of the day. We talked on the phone every day during our long-distance relationship, but usually close to bedtime. Rarely ever in the middle of the day.

He said, “I just have one question. Tell me… just HOW in the HECK did a long blond hair get stuck to the ice tray INSIDE the freezer?”

I burst out laughing.

He said, “Seriously. I find them EVERYWHERE after you’ve been here. But… this takes the cake! INSIDE the freezer??? Were you hot? Sticking your head in to get cooled off or what? I just don’t get it!”

Still laughing, I said, “Umm. Well. I don’t know.”

I could just picture him shaking his head at me. Something now, after 13 years of marriage I’ve seen often!

This cracks me up because after you told me this story and you left Texas- I found several of your pretty little blonde hairs in my car. It was a reminder of my sweet friend and made me smile!

Too funny. It reminded me of all the CSI dramas on T.V. They are always finding hair to incriminate someone.

Sure you aren’t part cat? I find their hair everywhere- even on my chair at the office (no, they don’t come to visit)
