Reflections

The third stop along the two hour drive to Lena’s was here – at this very secluded little creek that runs into a cave. I have only been there in the summer before but since I was passing by and in the mood to stop for photos, I decided to go ahead and stop there too.
I was really hoping I could get a pic to do it justice – but I really didn’t. It was a very cold morning, about 25* and there was a thick mist rising off the water, just before it disappears into the mouth of the cave.
I didn’t have my settings right or something to get a good pic but….in my defense, it was COLD! And I hadn’t bothered to put my coat on since I was just gonna park, hop out and snap the photo (as you can tell, I wanted the pic without having to put forth much effort to get the pic!) and get back in my heated van.
I do love the reflection of the rocks on the water surface though. And I see a little mist…. if I squint real hard. Can you see it?
