I love love love Stephen King. My favorite is Bag of Bones! I have read his books since high school. I will definatly have to go pick this one up.

@ Chris – Well, of COURSE you love it! I swear, if I didn’t know better, I’d think we were twins separated at birth! “The Stand” is too my all-time favorite…. I’ve read it a gazillion times. I was actually thinking last night when I finished this one that it might be time to read it again – just to make sure this one didn’t beat it out. (I read it after I read “Insomnia” b/c I really liked that one…. but “The Stand” still topped it.)

@wahzat – Sounds like “The Dead Zone”.

@Laurel – Yep. Read it…. it does have some horror and language but….. you should anyway.

@Becca – I like chick lit too…. but every now and then… a little King and Koontz just hit the spot for me.

@Stacy – Wow…. what an awesome class! So glad I brought up some good memories!

Yet another thing we share. I love Stephen King, but haven’t read anything of his in years. The Stand is my all-time favorite book. Based on your recommendation, I may have to pick this one up. Look for my review around 2029…

He is a great writer…and i base this on the only S.King book I ever read…I cant remember the name of it now but it was about a guy who could see the future after coming out of a coma…. I thought it was great and I especially enjoyed that it was not horrific just thrilling.
Love to read a good book too… cant tell you the last time I did that.
