13 Things I do in the car on a ROAD TRIP!
1. Pray
2. Sing at the top of my lungs
(it’s not pretty)
3. Blow bubbles with my gum or eat sunflower seeds
(got stuck in Freud’s Oral Fixation stage)
4. LOL
(at myself, to myself, whatever)
5. Talk to Myself
(doesn’t everyone?)
6. Brush my teeth
(Yes, I’ve done this… alot! Can’t help myself!)
7. Read bumper stickers
(you gotta wonder about some of these!)
8. Make words out of letters on license plates
(EMN-D27 reads Early Morning Never Dark27… or something along those lines!)
9. Compose blogs in my head
10. Think
(stream-of-concsiousness-thinking… wherever the mind blows)
11. Talk on the Phone
(when I get sleepy… start wondering who I can call)
12. Text message
(this is so UNSAFE to do while driving I don’t do it… really. Ok…. well…. not often, anyway.!)
13. Listen to P&S on my iPod.

    I try to think of people I can call too… then I am sad when they tell me they have to get off the phone and get back to work or whatever! I forget sometimes that my mom or my friend have things to do as I drive down the road keeping them on the phone! :)

    Brush teeth in the car? Now that is weird! I have been known to brush my teeth on the run, but that one takes the cake!

    And you can call me anytime, just remember the time difference!

    LOL… no, I don’t spit out the window! (that reminds me of a *you might be a redneck if* joke… ) I always, and I do mean ALWAYS, have a bottle of water with me… which I use for rinsing. And because I always have water with me – I usually have an empty water bottle handy that I spit in. (I make sure I have one before I start brushing!) Sounds gross huh? But… I’m a true dental hygienist at heart and can’t stand feeling like I have icky teeth! :)

    Hm, I have never brushed my teeth; but I have put powder or lipstick/gloss on at red lights. I have also tied my shoes while stopped at a red light.

    The only definite thing I always do on road trips is listen to music. If my car is running, music is playing.
