Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday – since it’s all about family and food! What could be better than that? I mean, don’t get me wrong…. presents at Christmas are nice and all but, there is so much less stress on Thanksgiving. In my opinion anyway. Maybe had I hosted the whole shindig at my house instead of at my sister Lena’s house, I might have felt differently, huh?

We cooked, laughed, ate, laughed, played Spoons and laughed a LOT, shopped, laughed, watched a movie, laughed some more, shopped some more, and laughed a great deal over the past few days. I hated to leave this afternoon…. but I’m happy to be home. I sure missed my sweet-face dogs.

So, let us recap:

I ate like a pig.

My butt is undoubtedly bigger.

And we socialized. (Can you guess which one would be me if I was a fish?)

Whew. Such sweet fun!
