We’re home.
Home from the trip, yes.
Also, home from work today with a sick child. I took her to the doctor and I am sad to report, it’s the flu. Lovely. I’m suddenly thinking another bout with allergy-induced asthma attack, that I originally suspected, would have actually been kind of a good thing.
I thought flu season was supposed to be OVER by now! Sheesh. The doctor said to be prepared for us all to get it after being stuck in such close proximity to her all weekend, both in a hotel room and in the car for the long drive. Oh well, what can you do? Except pray.

Anyway, in more exciting news – an unexpected day off has given me some time to play around with this website more. You might notice, if you repeatedly click on the title of this blog, you’ll get a different picture loading each time. Right now, there are five installed that will randomly load each time a page is opened. Cool, huh?
I’ve also been messing around with the fonts & colors (blog title, widget headings, post titles) and adding the pages (on the tabs above) that I want. It’s been quite a learning experience and I’m actually enjoying it!
I’ll be home tomorrow again with Luby. More time to play on the computer while she sleeps Which has only been in short sporadic bursts punctuated by coughing and vomiting. Blecht. Gotta love it.
