Whaddya think?

I’ve decided to start a whole new feature here on Lucky Dorito…. I’m going to randomly post items I have purchased or am thinking about purchasing, and ya’ll tell me what you think.

The only requirement: Be honest.

It doesn’t matter if you like it or think it’s ugly… really. I know we all have different tastes in things. That’s what makes the world go round!! I just want to see where I rank: Sorta normal, wayyyy out in left field, hoochie-mama tendency, or flat out hideous. :)

Here’s what I brought home from Las Vegas:

P.S. I didn’t pay anything CLOSE to the price listed on that site I found it on…. it was on a BIG sale.

And its named the Lilly Soft Tote. How could I pass it up… being named like my favorite weimie!

    Love the colors, not crazy about the pattern, & I’d have a problem with the dangling thing- I can see myself getting caught on door hooks & snagging sweaters as I pass by :-P

    I like it, and think it is very cute.
    I probably wouldn’t purchase it for myself because I only carry purses that are black, brown, white or off-white. I am too practical (or maybe just boring?)

    I wasn’t going to comment (that whole say something nice or don’t say anything at all thing) but you said you wanted honesty so I decided I would.

    When you sent me a pic of this purse and the other you were considering buying- I couldn’t open it right away. When I did I open it I believe my response was “I really like the black bag”. :)

    The colors in this one are pretty- and I love fall colors (probably b/c we don’t have fall here in Texas). But the pattern is a little bold and not really my style.

    But here’s the thing, if you like it- that is all that matters. :)

    @All – Thanks so much for your honest answers. I was really torn between this one and a much plainer-looking black Brighton purse. I was honestly leaning more to the black one (it’s safe, it goes with everything, I can carry it year ’round) but my traveling companions encouraged me to get this one instead. I finally relented and purchased it. After I got home, I put my stuff in it, thinking I’d try it out a day or two and then put it away until fall.

    I’ve carried it all of last week. :) It’s more muted tones than the pic appears and I actually like it way more than I thought I would. I’m glad I got it!
