You don’t see this everyday

Last Saturday morning, we loaded up and were heading off to my MILs for one last working weekend. We stopped to fill up the gas tank on our way out of town and this pulled in at the pumps.
I can’t remember the last time I saw an airplane at the local gas station! I mean, really. What are the odds?
I sent my husband out with the camera to get a picture. (hehe) I saw him walk over and speak to the guy for a moment before he took the picture. When he came back to the car, I asked him what he said.
Mr. Lucky said, “Well, I said: My wife likes to takes pictures of odd things so do you mind if we get a picture of your airplane?” (lol) The man said he didn’t mind at all – he is planning to restore it and have it out on the lake this summer.
